Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your package will be handled according to the carrier's procedures. This may include delivery to a nearby pickup location, post office, or another designated collection point.
It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier. Packages that are not collected in time may be returned to the sender.
