  • Within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
  • Please read: returns are sent to our supplier overseas, so return shipping can be costly and is generally the customer's responsibility. In many cases we can offer a better solution (partial refund, replacement, or store credit) without a full return — so always contact us first.
  • Get the current return address from us before sending anything back — email info@catgets.ca (or cs.catgets@gmail.com).
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once resolved.
