- Within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Please read: returns are sent to our supplier overseas, so return shipping can be costly and is generally the customer's responsibility. In many cases we can offer a better solution (partial refund, replacement, or store credit) without a full return — so always contact us first.

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once resolved.
